Ingredients:
6 or 8 leafs fresh mint
½ lime cut into wedges
2 Tsp sugar
Ice cubes
1 ½ ounce light Rum
club soda to fill the glass
Preparation:
In a tall glass, muddle mint sprigs with lime and sugar to release the flavours.
Add ice, rum and club soda and stir together.
Drink with a straw.
